There are no reports yet. TLDT has not been issued, and the reserve has not launched. This page explains what we intend to publish once operations begin.
What the monthly reports will show
| Report item | What we'll publish |
|---|---|
| Token sales | Number of tokens sold, average sale price, and amount raised in U.S. dollars. |
| Other income | Tokens received through fees, income from the liquidity pool, and donations, if any. |
| Operating expenses | Actual costs for domains, servers, email, identity checks, staffing, and other services. |
| Domain renewal forecast | Number of domains managed and estimated renewal costs over the next 12 months. |
| Cash reserve | U.S. dollar reserve balance and the estimated number of months of expenses it can cover. |
When reports will be published
Our plan is to publish the following month's expense forecast by the 25th of each month and a full report by the 5th of the following month. Reports will include downloadable CSV data. Where information comes from blockchain transactions, we'll link to the public records used to calculate the figures.
How the reserve is designed to work
- The reserve is planned to sell no more than 1/120 of its token balance in a month, plus eligible fee and donation tokens received during that month. Sales would also be limited by actual bills and by a percentage of recent trading volume.
- If token sales cannot cover a month's costs, the plan calls for a U.S. dollar cash reserve to cover the difference. If that reserve runs low, new free sign-ups may be paused so existing users' eligible renewals can be prioritized.
These are proposed operating rules, not a promise that funding will always be available. The token has not launched, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell it.
