Draft for legal review. This is not the final version and does not take effect until we publish an approved one. It is not legal advice.
Draft 0.1 · October 18, 2026
Some legal and business decisions are still open and will be settled with legal review before the service launches. Where a section says "to be finalized," the final wording does not exist yet.
1. Who operates the service
tldomain.io, a division of myGIGlife INC., 813 Oak St, Ste 10 - 1190, Conway, AR 72032, operates the service ("we," "us," and "our"). Contact: hello@tldomain.io.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We close accounts when we learn the holder is under 18. [OWNER DECISION: minimum age 18 is proposed.]
- Provide accurate account information and protect your password and sign-in methods. You're responsible for activity on your account, subject to applicable law.
- Each person may qualify for one free service bundle. We may require verification to prevent duplicate accounts.
3. Free services and trust levels
- Free domains, VPS hosting, and email are planned as described on the free services and trust levels pages.
- Free domain renewals require a sign-in during the previous 12 months and a domain in good standing.
- We may adjust free-tier limits. Unless urgent security or abuse issues require immediate action, we'll give advance notice of reductions that affect services you already use.
- Free services are provided "as is," subject to applicable law. The final agreement will state any service-level commitments.
4. Domain registrations and transfers
- Domain registrations are also subject to the selected registrar's agreement, the registry's policies, and applicable ICANN requirements. We'll link the registrar agreement here once a registrar is chosen.
- You'll need to provide accurate registrant information and complete any verification the registrar or registry requires. A domain may be suspended if required verification isn't completed.
- You may transfer a domain to another registrar when it is eligible under applicable ICANN and registry rules. Specific waiting periods and restrictions will be explained before registration.
- Proposed early-transfer cost recovery (not final). If you transfer a free domain before the end of its current free registration term, we are considering charging the wholesale registration cost for that term. This proposal needs legal and registrar review. If it is adopted, the amount and conditions will be shown before you register and before you request an eligible transfer.
5. Paid services and payments
- Paid services are not available yet. The planned checkout will show prices in U.S. dollars and may accept TLDT, SOL, and USDC.
- Before you pay, we'll show the amount, billing period, renewal terms, and applicable taxes.
- You'll be able to cancel subscriptions through your account. Cancellation, refund, and prepaid-term policies are to be finalized.
- Rules for digital-asset payments, conversion, refunds, and taxes are to be finalized with legal review.
- No automatic renewals. We do not store a payment method or charge you on a schedule. Each renewal of a paid server or domain is a separate order that you choose to pay, and an unpaid order ends the service at the date we state. If we ever offer automatic renewal, we will first follow Arkansas Code § 4-86-112: clear terms before you agree, your express consent, a retainable confirmation, online cancellation, and the required reminders.
6. Acceptable use
You're responsible for following our acceptable use rules when using a domain, server, or mailbox through tldomain.io.
7. Suspension and account closure
- We may suspend a service promptly when we reasonably believe it is involved in serious abuse, and we'll notify you as permitted by law and security requirements. You may appeal within 14 days after the notice.
- You may request account closure at any time, subject to required retention of domain, legal, billing, and security records.
- When an account is closed, we release its domains and delete its servers and mailboxes after the 30-day grace period. Time you prepaid on a domain or server is not refunded after that point, so move or renew what you want to keep before you close the account.
- Repeated or serious violations may lead to account termination, subject to the final terms and applicable law.
8. Your content
You keep ownership of your content. You allow us to process, store, and transmit it only to provide and protect the services you use. You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload or send.
9. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how personal information is collected, used, retained, and shared.
10. Warranties and liability
Free services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and you should keep your own copies of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if the service was free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data.
None of this limits liability that cannot be limited under Arkansas or other applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, and it does not take away any right you have under the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or other consumer protection laws. [OWNER DECISION: the cap amount.] [LAWYER REVIEW: Arkansas courts enforce limits only when the language is clear and not unconscionable.]
11. Changes to these terms
We'll notify users before material changes take effect, except where a shorter period is permitted or required for urgent reasons. The notice period and consent rules are to be finalized.
12. Governing law and disputes
Arkansas law governs these terms and any dispute about the service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Federal law applies where it must.
Before filing a claim, please email hello@tldomain.io and give us 30 days to try to fix the problem. Either of us may then bring a claim in the state courts located in Faulkner County, Arkansas, or in the federal court whose district includes Faulkner County, and you and we consent to those courts. You may also use small claims court where your claim qualifies. These terms do not require arbitration, and they do not shorten any time limit the law gives you to bring a claim. [LAWYER REVIEW: venue county and federal division; arbitration is an open owner decision.]
Nothing in these terms waives a right that Arkansas or federal law does not allow you to waive.
